Founder and Director: Emerson

Welcome to Pose! I’m the founder of Pose Hair Design. Pose was first established in May 2020 in a small salon, renting a chair. I was overwhelmed with the number of clients and appointments I was receiving. The local support was fantastic, which gave me the confidence to purchase a larger salon in partnership with my mum, Tracey. 


In May 2021, we purchased an existing salon and rebranded to establish Pose Hair Design. I love all aspects of hairdressing. My true passion is the blonde babes. My vision is to give our clients the Pose experience of feeling welcome and receiving 100 percent love and attention while in the salon. I want my customers to leave feeling happy and empowered. 


I am very passionate about mentoring Pose’s apprentices and spend a great amount of time completing individual training with each apprentice.

Part Owner and Receptionist: Tracey

I am the part owner of Pose Hair Design with my daughter, Emerson. After 20 years working in the community services field, I felt like I would love a change. I jumped at the prospect of owning and operating our own business. 


I manage all front of house appointments, receptions and inquiries. I love to see clients leaving the salon feeling beautiful and loving their new hair.

Senior Stylist: Christina

I have been hairdressing for 12 years. My passion is all things hair, but I specialise in foiling, balayage and keratin. I love meeting clients and making them feel their best. When I’m not at work, I’m usually running around after my three beautiful, wild boys. I’ve also been lucky enough to share my journey with my husband.

Senior Stylist: Katerina

I was born in Orange and have been hairdressing for eight years. I have a passion for all aspects of hair including sun kissed balayage and glossy beachy waves. I am always keen to learn about new techniques and expand my knowledge.

Senior Stylist: Mel

I’ve been hairdressing for almost 12 years. I love all aspects of my trade but hold a special passion for blondes, balayage and lived in colours! When I’m not in the salon, I’m busy at home being a Mum to my son, Cooper and I am expecting another bundle of joy very soon! I enjoy being outdoors, socialising with friends and spending time with family.

Senior Stylist: Nicole

I have been doing hair since I could hold a brush but officially started in 2014. 

My creative career in hair and makeup has allowed me to lead an exciting work life—working on magazine shoots, photo shoots, weddings, formals, music videos, short films, TV, runways and more. 


In 2019, my fiancé and I made the big move from Sydney to Orange to start a new life as husband and wife and most recently, as mum and dad after welcoming our son in November 2021. 


I strive to meet my clients’ hair goals and give them the best possible salon experience, while continuing to develop my skills within the industry.

Senior Stylist: Erin

I am a senior hair stylist at Pose Hair Design. Hairdressing has been my childhood dream that I have been able to pursue since graduating school in 2020. I thoroughly enjoy creating balayage hairstyles and working with blonde babes. I love being a part of this fun, modern salon and can't wait to further my skills.

I am in my third year of my apprenticeship with Pose. My passion as a young girl was to become a hairdresser. I love all aspects of hair and love working in busy salon. I have learnt so much from the beautiful senior stylists at Pose.

I am in my second year of my apprenticeship at Pose. I love the environment of Pose and learning new skills each day. My dream is to finish my apprenticeship and work on building my skills through education and mentoring.
